Hermilo Monroy Pérez (13 December 1931 – 29 July 2016) was a Mexican politician from the Institutional Revolutionary Party. From 2000 to 2003 he served as Deputy of the LVIII Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing the State of Mexico.[1] Monroy Pérez died on 29 July 2016, at the age of 84.[2]
