Shkulev Media Holding is a leading Russian media company, specializing in the largest news and entertainment digital projects, and is also a publisher of magazines. Today Shkulev Media Holding owns digital media and groups on social networks, the largest network of city portals in Russia, glossy magazines and tv guide.

The total audience of Shkulev Digital's projects[1] is more than 123 million unique users per month.

History

In 1995, Victor Shkulev, in partnership with the French, created the modern publishing group Hachette Flipacchi Shkulev, whose flagship was ELLE magazine. Viktor Shkulev owned 49% of the shares.

In 2011, the French partner sold their share to Hearst Corporation. The joint company was named Hearst Shkulev Media and became the leader of the magazine business in Russia.

Since the beginning of 2012, the company began actively acquiring city portals in Russian regions, building the largest federal network of Russian online media.

In 2022 Hearst has left the Russian business. Now the group of companies has one owner - Viktor Shkulev. The company continues to work in the interests of the audience under the brand Shkulev Media Holding.

Regional network

Shkulev Media Holding Regional network is the largest network of urban online media in Russia, that presented in 49 cities.[2]

Every city in the network is represented by its own local brand, created years or even decades ago.
