Hoka Festival of Miles is an annual track and field competition held annually in St. Louis, Missouri. The event holds mile races for athletes of varying levels, including youth and middle school, high school, and professional athletes.[1][2]

As of 2024, the event has produced fifty six sub-four minute miles.[3]
