Giacomo Perini (born 16 May 1996) is an Italian paralympic rower who won the gold medal at the European Championships in Bled 2023 in the men's single PR1, confirming the title conquered last year in Munich, and also lowering the world record that already belonged to him (from 8.55.21, established last year in the World Cup in Poznan, bringing it to 8.55.08). He won the gold medal at the 2022 Munich European Rowing Championships by winning the men's PR1 singles. Also in the 2022 season he won the silver medal at the World Rowing Championships in Racice.
