Description:KLC: histology of the biopsied skin, formalin-fixed and stained with hematoxylin-eosin staining. Epidermis showed parakeratosis, a mildly thickened granular layer, and follicular plugging. Dermal blood vessels were dilated and accompanied by mild perivascular lymphocyte infiltration. Scale bar = 100 µm.
