Summary

Description
English: Mechanism of action of angiogenesis inhibitors. Bevacizumab binds to VEGF inhibiting its ability to bind to and activate VEGF receptors. Sunitinib and Sorafenib inhibit VEGF receptors. Sorafenib also acts downstream.
