Esmail Chat Rural District (Persian: دهستان اسماعیلچات) is in the Central District of Zarabad County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Esmail Chat,[2] whose population at the National Census of 2016 was 831 people in 189 households.[3]
After the census, Zarabad District was separated from Konarak County in the establishment of Zarabad County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with Zarabad as its capital and only city.[2]
