Ernest Angély Séraphin Nègre (French pronunciation: [ɛʁnɛst ɑ̃ʒeli seʁafɛ̃ nɛɡʁ], born 11 October 1907 in Saint-Julien-Gaulène (Tarn), died 15 April 2000 in Toulouse) was a French toponymist.
