Volker Backes (born 1 April 1966) is an German former professional darts player who has played in the World Darts Federation (WDF) & Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events.
Career
Backes hit a 9 darter in the 1992 Dortmund Open darts are losing to Andree Welge of Germany, also of Two Times Dortmund Open champions in 1994 & 1995.
Backes three stages of the Winmau World Masters performences in Germany, before losing to Richie Burnett of Wales by 0–2 sets.
