Guduri was born in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and completed her schooling at her hometown and did her undergraduate education from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani (BITS Pilani) is a deemed university in Pilani, Rajasthan, India as B.E(Hons),Computer Science at year 2003.She then moved to United States to pursue a Master's Degree Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
Career
Guduri started her Career as Human-Machine Interaction Intern at Robert Bosch Corporation at May 2005 respectively at Palo Alto,CA.[1]She particularly researched on :-
* Researched different approaches to Tangible User Interfaces using Accelerometers and Microphones for detecting hand-taps on different surfaces
* Designed experiments using VC++, OpenGL, DirectX to read from different sensors and integrated with iTunes as a novel way to interact with the application
* Recommended porting the application to mobile devices using J2ME and were close to Patent approval.
She also worked as Computer Consultant at Norris Medical Library,USC at Los Angeles,CA.At Jan 2006, Guduri Joined as Software Engineer (Tech Lead) at Oversee.Net and basically worked on :-
Designed C-based Master-Worker architecture for the company crucial Sales Lead Engine running across 40+ machines (distributed over the globe)
* Key role in redesigning and rewriting several rudimentary pieces of company code, using MVC frameworks
* Instrumental in key decisions on Co-location and integrating the Sales Lead Engine with the CRM tool, Salesforce.com
* Worked in close association with the Chief Scientist of the company on R & D projects
* Developed new website designs leading to 15% monthly revenue growth ($15million a month) by analyzing human psychology on website usage
* Integrated C libraries for indigenous Oversee Distributed File System into existing Perl projects using PerlXS
* Contributed to Code Reviews and made optimization suggestions for efficiency and effectivity
* Assisted in QA/Testing of the projects to ensure feature-integrity at the final Release into Production.

* Worked on a complete re-architecture for the Ad system to facilitate search algorithm enhancements, with Version 1 showing a 4% increase in revenue/visit
* Led the day-to-day Business Operations team for one of the recent products, in dealing with fraud detection, developing processes for customer refunds, data analysis using Hadoop and KPI-reporting
* Built a customer support portal using BackboneJS, with QUnit and Jasmine based TDD
* Developed two high-throughput JAVA REST-ful services supporting the infrastructure across all the products in the company’s portfolio with <100ms response times using Ehcache with JGroups replication
* Led the development and maintenance of Airfarewatchdog (www.airfarewatchdog.com) and Smarter Travel (www.smartertravel.com)
* Ported the Airfarewatchdog product, after acquisition, from Microsoft technologies (.NET,SQL Server) to a Java and LAMP stack for a 10 fold performance improvement
Working At NASA
Guduri initially joined in NASA as Subsystem Lead,Activity Planning and Sequencing Subsystem, Mars 2020 Mission at April 2016 and primarily worked on Managing the budget, schedule, architecture, development, test and operational support of the system used to plan and command the next Mars Rover and spacecraft during spacecraft development, cruise and surface operations.
She then took over as Software Systems Engineer and Designed and developed several tools used on single and multiple JPL missions like Cassini, DAWN, SMAP and MSL respectively.
She is currently working as Deputy Ground Data System Manager, Mars Sample Return Lander Mission of year 2020 launched and currently working at Pasadena,CA.
Over 20 years of experience in software design and development of highly distributed, scalable and performance optimized, low-latency systems with an exceptional aptitude for both front-end and back-end technologies.
