Stephen Nadar was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. He showed an early interest in technology and computer science, which led him to pursue a career in software development.

Stephen completed his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSc IT) at the Model College of Science and Commerce, which falls under the University of Mumbai. He then went on to earn a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from NCRD's Sterling Institute of Management Studies, also affiliated with the University of Mumbai.
