Submission declined on 11 January 2024 by DoubleGrazing (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia. This submission does not appear to be written in the formal tone expected of an encyclopedia article. Entries should be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources. Please rewrite your submission in a more encyclopedic format. Please make sure to avoid peacock terms that promote the subject. Declined by DoubleGrazing 5 months ago. |

Submission declined on 20 July 2023 by Fade258 (talk). This submission appears to be taken from https://artistnepal.com/artist/phurbasherpa/. Wikipedia cannot accept material copied from elsewhere, unless it explicitly and verifiably has been released to the world under a suitably free and compatible copyright license or into the public domain and is written in an acceptable tone—this includes material that you own the copyright to. You should attribute the content of a draft to outside sources, using citations, but copying and pasting or closely paraphrasing sources is not acceptable. The entire draft should be written using your own words and structure. Declined by Fade258 11 months ago. This submission has now been cleaned of the above-noted copyright violation and its history redacted by an administrator to remove the infringement. If re-submitted (and subsequent additions do not reintroduce copyright problems), the content may be assessed on other grounds. |

- Comment: There is simply no significant coverage of Sherpa in this draft. The provided references are mostly single-line or single-paragraph mentions. I have removed about half of these as being redundant (for example, we did not need four references for his award when they all said basically the same thing). Please add additional independent reliable sources that discuss the subject in detail. Primefac (talk) 11:28, 2 November 2023 (UTC)
- Comment: See WP:REFB with a focus on inline citations as well as Help:Infobox. Thanks, EDG 543 (message me) 20:11, 23 April 2023 (UTC)
