Biography
Perky is a Nigerian Rapper Singer and Songwriter born in Plateau State's Capital Jos on the 13th day of April 2004 to the family of Mr and Mrs Trishe Tony.
She hails from the Eastern part of Nigeria, Nawfia Anambra State. She currently studies and lives with her family in her birth state, Jos Plateau State.
It is safe to say Perky has been in the game for awhile despite the fact that she put out her first rap song in July of 2020, such a pen game wasn't developed overnight, Perky has been a writer over the years giving her an edge.
Since the release of her first rap song in 2020, Perky hasn't taken her foot off the gas dropping powerful singles and delivering jaw dropping features back to back.
Gaining recognition from her energetic, distinctive and rhythmic rap style.
Career
[Perky dropped her debut EP ,“The Alchemy” in April 2022 and soon dropped another in August 2023 titled "The19th" symbolizing her new age, and just after announcing that she signed with the reputable Canadian/Nigerian Record Label Ruffnodd Entertainment, she dropped another EP titled OFF LIMITS which has gone off the charts delighting audiences worldwide.
Perky has bagged several nominations and has stood tall in numerous rap completions including Boomplay's Pass The Mic 2022, NaijaLoaded's Next To Blow 2021 and lots more
Although she isn't quick to spew names or talk about what's coming next, Perky has constantly mentioned Burna Boy as a major inspiration alongside many others and always says to watch her space on all social media platforms @theofficialperky as you'd never know what's coming next with all the work being done backstage.
Perky is undoubtedly a force to reckon with and it takes just a listen to acknowledge that.] [3]
