John Babikian, born in New York (August 10th, 1964), is a Harvard-educated lawyer with a computer science undergraduate degree from Yale University.
Babikian is the author of several books including a beginners guide to quantum computing.[1] and the impact of climate control on society[2].
His legal academic research papers on various facets of law are published in international journals and appear on Google Scholar[3], Orcid[4], and ResearchGate[5].
John Babikian has appeared multiple times before the Senate Commerce Subcommittee on Communications, Media, and Broadband. In 2024, he stood before legislators to provide testimony on blockchain related technology. In 2023, he lectured senators on on principles for regulation relating to quantum computing and artificial intelligence.[6]
