Saint Jaygarcia Saturn (Japanese: ジェイガルシア・サターン聖, Hepburn: Jeigarushia Satān Sei) is One Piece fictional character created by Japanese manga creator Eiichiro Oda. Saturn is a Celestial Dragon who is one of the member of the Five Elders, a group of five individuals who publicly are known as the "Highest Authority" in the world.[1] Saturn is the "Warrior God of Science and Defense," who describes himself as "scientist."[2][3][4] He is the main antagonist for the latest One Piece arc, Egghead Island.[5][6]
World Government
As a member of the Gorosei (Five Elders) Saturn holds the "Highest" authority known to the world alongside his other 4 colleagues.[7] Saturn Holds authority as a Celestial Dragon to order Navy HQ Admirals such as Kizaru at his wimp, on top of that authority he holds other more notable exclusive executive rank as a member of the Five Elders to even order the Fleet Admiral, the Commander-in-Chief.[8] Saturn is even senior in rank compared to lower ranking Celestial Dragons including even Saint Figarland Garling who himself is shown to hold powers and supreme authority to even 'execute' celestial dragons.[9]
Character
Saturn is voiced by Keiichi Noda in Japanese and is dubbed by J.B. Edwards. Saturn appears to have an calm elderly demeanor and voice. Nonetheless, Saturn holds discriminatory views as much as calling humans "insects" to him.
