Iva Ivanova (Bulgarian: Ива Иванова; born 9 September 2006) is a Bulgarian professional tennis player. She has a career-high ITF junior combined ranking of No. 14, achieved on 12 February 2024.
Early life
Iva Ivanova was born in Haskovo.[1] Her brother, Martin Ivanov, also plays tennis.[2] She began playing tennis at the age of five, training in her hometown of Haskovo.[3] She later moved to Stara Zagora and currently trains in Sofia.[1]
Junior career
At the 2024 Australian Open, she reached the semifinals.[4] In April 2024, she won the J200 event Istres, her biggest title to date.[5]
Professional career
In October 2023, Ivanova made her professional main draw debut at the 2023 Šibenik Open, where she reached the quarterfinals.[6]
