Elinor W. Bodian (December 28, 1920 - September 16, 2011) was an abstract painter, noted medical illustrator, and graduate of the Johns Hopkins Art as Applied to Medicine Program.[1] While working as an artist at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Elinor met David Bodian; they married in 1944. During her 40-year career with Johns Hopkins University, Elinor created many of the drawings that illustrated David's publications.[2][3]
