Eli Huston (sometimes spelled Houston; c. 1799– YEAR) was a justice of the Supreme Court of Mississippi in 1832.

Eli Huston was a member of the court for a few months prior to its reorganization in 1832.[1]

"Eli Huston and his brother Felix, who raised and equipped from the Natchez, Mississippi, area an army of about 500 men which he took to Texas shortly after the Battle of San Jacinto and who later became brigadier general of the Army of the Republic of Texas under Sam Houston".[2]

"Judge Eli Huston of Natchez, Mississippi, and General Felix Huston, at one time commander in chief of the Texas army were his cousins – the sons of his uncle, Joseph Huston".[3]
