Edgar Jennings Goodrich (November 15, 1896 – April 10, 1969) was a judge of the United States Board of Tax Appeals (later the United States Tax Court) from March 24, 1931 to February 15, 1935.

In 1951, the Section of Taxation of the American Bar Association formed a Committee on Retirement Benefits for Tax Court Judges which was chaired by Goodrich.[1]

Born in Anoka, Minnesota

"Served with 3rd Minn. Inf. on Mexican border, 1916; served with 1st Officers Training Camp, Ft. Snelling, Minn., 1917; duty with troops, 34th Division; duty in France with 59th Field Arty.; observer 1st Aero Squadron and served in Army of Occupation; commd. 1st lt.; Attended the course for American Soldiers, University of Nancy, France, 1919, LL.B., State University of Ia., 1922"[2]
