Break is an upcoming bio-pic film of German tennis player Gottfried von Cramm, directed by Daniel Bruhl and starring Felix Kammerer.
Cast
Production
The film is produced by Edward Burger and Malte Grunert. It is by Daniel Bruhl and has Felix Kammerer in the leading role. Burger, Grunert, Bruhl and Kammerer previously worked together on the Academy Award winner in the Best Film category All Quiet on the Western Front.[1] The film is also produced by The Ink Factory and partners Marc Platt and Adam Siegel at Marc Platt Productions. It is an English and German-language adaptation by Hossein Amini of Marshall Jon Fisher’s 2009 book A Terrible Splendor: Three Extraordinary Men, a World Poised for War, and the Greatest Tennis Match Ever Played.[2]
