Doab Samsami District (Persian: بخش دوآب صمصامي) is in Kuhrang County, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Samsami.[3]
History
After the 2006 National Census, Doab Rural District was separated from Bazoft District in the establishment of Doab Samsami District, which was divided into two rural districts, including the new Shahriari Rural District.[3] After the 2011 census, the village of Samsami was elevated to the status of a city.
Demographics
Population
At the time of the 2011 census, the district's population was 4,065 people in 938 households.[4] The 2016 census measured the population of the district as 5,930 in 1,926 households.[2]
