Useless page

It appears that all users listed in the page are such cases that add all sorts of categories or userboxes to their pages. That is, not real users (these *could* exist in theory). Given that in North Korea, it is subject to punishment to communicate with Wikipedia, this category is essentially useless, and should be removed. --88.192.35.96 (talk) 21:19, 17 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
