What is the point of this category? All its subcategories (well the sample of about two dozen that I looked at from the 47,000) are empty. I don't see the point of it. To categorise soft redirects is one thing, but to categorise categories of soft redirects is another. I think this is some flawed thinking on the part of the software back-end, somehow.
