Four reasons:
  1. Category:Humans is the repository of articles about humans in general.
  2. Category:Men is the repository of articles about men in general.
  3. Subcategories of Category:People is the repository of articles about individual people.
  4. It is currently not useful to have an category of articles about individual men.
