Disorder

Why do some entries titled, for example, "Kingdom of X" appear under "K" while others appear under "X"? There should be consistency but I can't rearrange the order that they are listed in. 69.125.134.86 (talk) 12:56, 6 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
