wikipedia maintenance or mainspace?

It's unclear to me whether this is really just about wikipedia management and should properly be categorized only in the Category:Wikipedia fair use category, or whether this topic is also of general mainspace encyclopedic relevance. --lquilter 20:40, 9 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
