Broken?

How exactly is this category populated? I find it consistently has fewer members than those PRODs that are actually expired. --BDD (talk) 23:45, 9 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, this category is only populated by pages which
1) have expired proposed deletion tags, and
2) have been edited since the tag expired (the page must be purged post-expiry in order for this category to be added)
Unfortunately the second criterion (which comes from a MediaWiki limitation) impedes the usefulness of this category. Arbitrarily0 (talk) 16:13, 11 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This is getting really really too much

Asking for a admin as it seems we have prods that have been expired for a few days now and the fact that its getting more and more packed by the minute!
