Looking for ACUSON IPO info

This premiere premium medical ultrasound company had a mid 80s IPO, I believe it first listed on Nasdaq as ACSN and later moved up to the NYSE as ACN. In 2000 the company was purchased and absorbed by Siemens medical corporation.

I am seeking information about the ACUSON IPO. Searching ACUSON results in Siemens hits as they continued the ACUSON branded product line.

I seek to confirm or correct that Merrill Lynch et.al. was the underwriter and who then handled employee equity awards. Worthious (talk) 02:40, 28 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
