This category is for Wikipedia articles that have been externally peer-reviewed by experts and published in the academic literature.[1] This includes articles initially written in Wikipedia before being submitted to a journal (WP:W2J) with the resulting updates subsequently re-integrated into Wikipedia under a CC BY-SA license, as well as those written first for the journal before being copied to Wikipedia under a CC BY license (WP:J2W).
