Note that many treaties that are currently in force for Serbia were ratified Serbia and Montenegro (also known as the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia). At international law, Serbia is the successor state to Serbia and Montenegro, so unless denounced, a treaty ratified by Serbia and Montenegro remains in force for Serbia.
