Notable people (pilots, astronauts, cosmonauts and tourists) who have flown in a suborbital spaceflight, including astronauts and cosmonauts who have aborted their orbital missions but reached space (Soyuz 18a, Soyuz MS-10). The required altitude depends on the organization (see FAI note), for this category the lower threshold of 80 km is used.
