The Limestone Alps are a system of predominantly limestone mountain ranges of the Alps, part of the Central Eastern Alps located in Central Europe. The Northern Limestone Alps are within Austria and Bavaria, Germany. The Southern Limestone Alps are within Austria, Italy, Slovenia, and Switzerland.
