This category lists those hereditary peers have sat in the British House of Commons while holding a substantive title (as opposed to a courtesy title, or being made a hereditary peer at a later date), a state of affairs which became possible following the House of Lords Act 1999.

It is not to be confused with Category:Hereditary peers elected under the House of Lords Act 1999, which lists people elected to one of the remaining 93 seats for hereditary peers in the House of Lords reserved by the House of Lords Act, or with people holding courtesy titles (who may or may not have ultimately succeeded to hereditary peerages) who have been elected to the House of Commons, which, by contrast, is a practice that dates to the earliest days of the English Parliament.
