This category lists Albanian ethnographic regions (Albanian: krahinat etnografike), which are typically defined by a combination of geological, geographical, anthropological, religious, economic and linguistic considerations. Some lie either partially or entirely outside of Albania's borders, and some are in fact not inhabited primarily by Albanians, but they are still considered ethnographic regions on par with the others , according to folk traditions.
