Bublik (Ukrainian: Бублик) (sometimes spelled as Bublick) is a Ukrainian-language surname, common in Ukraine, Belarus and Southern Russia (Kuban), historically an ethnic Ukrainian region. The name comes from the bagel-like food called bublik, which is common in Eastern Europe.
