Anup Hanumanthe Gowda is an Indian film producer and businessman from Karnataka.

Career

Anup Gowda started his career with the Kannada-language film Shivaji Surathkal starring Ramesh Aravind and Radhika Narayan[1] in 2020,[2][3][4][5] for which he was honored the Best Debutant Producer at the South Indian International Movie Awards.[6][better source needed] The film received the Best film award at the Bengaluru International Film Festival.[7]

He later produced Shivaji Surathkal 2,[8] starring Ramesh Aravind,[9] Meghana Gaonkar[10] and Sangeetha Sringeri[11] which was critically acclaimed as well.[12]

In 2023, Gowda opened two new venues: "The Destino"[13], a photoshoot destination and "Kalanivasthi"[6][better source needed], a wedding venue. "The Destino" won the User's Choice Award 2024.[14][better source needed]

In 2023, Gowda opened a photo shoot destination called 'The Destino' and a wedding destination called 'Kalani Vasthi'.[15]

In 2024, Gowda announced a production house named Silver Screen Studios,[6][better source needed] where he is shooting for Operation Kombudikki, directed by S. Mahendar with Kishore in the Lead role.[6][better source needed]
