Alishervan Rural District (Persian: دهستان علیشروان) is in the Central District of Badreh County, Ilam province, Iran.[3] Its capital is the village of Pagal-e Garab.[4]

After the 2011 census, Mishkhas Rural District was separated from the Central District of Ilam County in the establishment of Sivan District, which was divided into two rural districts.[4]

At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 1,767 in 477 households. The most populous of its 12 villages was Pagal-e Garab, with 1,037 people.[2]

In 2023, the rural district was transferred to the Central District of Badreh County.[3]
