The 2024 Wimbledon Championships Men's Singles final was the championship tennis match of the men's singles tournament at the 2024 Wimbledon Championships. Third seed and defending champion Carlos Alcaraz defeated second seed and seven-time champion Novak Djokovic in straight sets to defend the title, 6–2, 6–2, 7–6(7–4). The match lasted 2 hours and 27 minutes, and was the first time in six years that a men's singles Wimbledon final ended within three sets, with Djokovic's triumph in the 2018 final being the previous straight set encounter.[1][2]

Alcaraz was aiming to follow up on another Grand Slam victory following his triumph in the French Open, while Djokovic was once again aiming to win a record-equalling eighth Wimbledon trophy, which would have equalled Roger Federer's all-time record in the Open Era.[3] Djokovic's loss was his second in two years on Centre Court, following his defeat in the previous final against the same opponent. His previous defeat was in the 2013 final to Andy Murray. Alcaraz's only Grand Slam defeat before the final was at the Australian Open, having lost at the quarter-final stage to Alexander Zverev. Despite Alcaraz's victory, the world No. 1 ranking was retained by Jannik Sinner,[4][5] as Alcaraz became the ninth player to successfully defend the championship in the Open Era.
