The 2023 MLB London Series was a two-game Major League Baseball series between the Chicago Cubs and the St. Louis Cardinals at London Stadium in London, United Kingdom, in 2023. Sponsored by Capital One, it is branded as The MLB World Tour London Series Presented By Capital One. These were the second MLB games ever played in Europe.

The games were played on June 24–25, 2023, with the Cardinals serving as the designated "home" team for both games.

Background

On May 9, 2022, commissioner Manfred and London mayor Sadiq Khan announced a long-term partnership between the league and the city that includes regular-season games in 2023, 2024 and 2026, along with other major events over the next five years.[1] On August 4, 2022, the first matchup of the extended partnership was announced: the Cubs and Cardinals are scheduled to play a two-game series in London on June 24–25, 2023.[2] The 2024 series will involve the New York Mets and the Philadelphia Phillies on June 8 and 9.[3]
