The men's 200 metre freestyle competition at the 2010 Pan Pacific Swimming Championships took place on August 18 at the William Woollett Jr. Aquatics Center.[1][2][3] The last champion was Klete Keller of US.[4][5]

This race consisted of four lengths of the pool, all in freestyle.[6]
