API Healthcare page

Regarding the API Healthcare page, is the press release announcing the 2019 acquisition of API Healthcare by symplr not a reliable source? API Healthcare is now operated as symplr Workforce Management, a solution of symplr. It is no longer a standalone business. I wanted to update that. I'd also like to update the logo to indicate that it is now part of symplr. Thanks! Kevinbonsor (talk) 18:31, 26 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, just make sure to cite the sources you are getting the information from. Good luck! Ternera (talk) 21:40, 26 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, can you please provide some reasons it is a good thing to rewrite all of the content, remove the infobox, and remove references in that article? Ternera (talk) 18:14, 27 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

miHoYo link addition Edit advice

Hi ternera! no Worries, I am still learning to be better Wiki Editor, How about this as reason to add the link for Nova Desktop by miHoYo?

Wikipedia:External links#Official links Villkomoses (talk) 18:20, 27 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello @Villkomoses and welcome to Wikipedia! In this edit specifically, I noticed that you added an external link that appeared to be advertising. The purpose of the article is to talk about a company, and links to the company's products will likely be seen as promotion. Thanks! Ternera (talk) 18:25, 27 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

New Pages Patrol newsletter April 2024

Hello Ternera,

New Page Review queue January to March 2024

Backlog update: The October drive reduced the article backlog from 11,626 to 7,609 and the redirect backlog from 16,985 to 6,431! Congratulations to Schminnte, who led with over 2,300 points.

Following that, New Page Patrol organized another backlog drive for articles in January 2024. The January drive started with 13,650 articles and reduced the backlog to 7,430 articles. Congratulations to JTtheOG, who achieved first place with 1,340 points in this drive.

Looking at the graph, it seems like backlog drives are one of the only things keeping the backlog under control. Another backlog drive is being planned for May. Feel free to participate in the May backlog drive planning discussion.

It's worth noting that both queues are gradually increasing again and are nearing 14,034 articles and 22,540 redirects. We encourage you to keep contributing, even if it's just a single patrol per day. Your support is greatly appreciated!

2023 Awards

Onel5969 won the 2023 cup with 17,761 article reviews last year - that's an average of nearly 50/day. There was one Platinum Award (10,000+ reviews), 2 Gold Awards (5000+ reviews), 6 Silver (2000+), 8 Bronze (1000+), 30 Iron (360+) and 70 more for the 100+ barnstar. Hey man im josh led on redirect reviews by clearing 36,175 of them. For the full details, see the Awards page and the Hall of Fame. Congratulations everyone for their efforts in reviewing!

WMF work on PageTriage: The WMF Moderator Tools team and volunteer software developers deployed the rewritten NewPagesFeed in October, and then gave the NewPagesFeed a slight visual facelift in November. This concludes most major work to Special:NewPagesFeed, and most major work by the WMF Moderator Tools team, who wrapped up their major work on PageTriage in October. The WMF Moderator Tools team and volunteer software developers will continue small work on PageTriage as time permits.

Recruitment: A couple of the coordinators have been inviting editors to become reviewers, via mass-messages to their talk pages. If you know someone who you'd think would make a good reviewer, then a personal invitation to them would be great. Additionally, if there are Wikiprojects that you are active on, then you can add a post there asking participants to join NPP. Please be careful not to double invite folks that have already been invited.

Reviewing tip: Reviewers who prefer to patrol new pages within their most familiar subjects can use the regularly updated NPP Browser tool.

Tom Middleton post

My name is Michael Easton, In 1971, whilce workig at CJVI 900 radio in Victoria, To Middleton came to see me at the station with an audition tape, wondering if I could help him get a recording contract. I became Tom's manager, went over to Vancouver looking for a studio who was interested in him, and I found Can Base Studios with record producer Mike Flicker..... by the way, I am the source... Not only did I get a contract with Can Base, but a recording session was set up If you would like to talk with me, please call me at 250-240-0650. Please tell me where you got the information Howard Leese was his manager. That is a lie, and if this isn't resolved, I will consider legal action, something I really don't want to do... Please advise Thank you, Michael Easton Parksville, British Columbia 104.234.8.102 (talk) 20:27, 2 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@104.234.8.102
Apologies for the late reply. I reverted your edit because there was no reliable source provided for the change. Any person could appear and say they are a source, so this is the reason that Wikipedia requires reliable sources. Please refer to WP:Reliable for further information. Thank you. But Nuketown (disambiguation) exists, and points to confusion topics. Thus is should be a good hatnote. -- 65.92.247.66 (talk) 21:27, 10 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi @65.92.247.66 - you are right about that. I'm in the wrong here and will revert it back to your latest edit shortly! Ternera (talk) 21:34, 10 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the prompt response -- 65.92.247.66 (talk) 21:36, 10 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Took down my edit because of a lack of a source

You're being a straight opp right now. What source do you want? This is coming from McAlister's Corporate. That by definition a first person source. Put it back up or I will have my team of lawyers at Hamlin, Hamlin & McGill come after you. You think this is sweet it's not. I am dead serious and expect your swift reparation of your mistake. You have 10 minutes, god speed hoss. 149.149.2.111 (talk) 21:55, 10 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello @149.149.2.111 - if that is the case, you may want to review WP:COI before making any future edits. You are required to state that you are connected with the article you are editing. Ternera (talk) 21:57, 10 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Aight bet. I'm going to be putting that back up in a couple hours after our meeting about this situation concludes. If it gets taken down by you one more time legal action will be exercised. 149.149.2.111 (talk) 21:59, 10 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Recent reverted change

Hi there! You recently just reverted my change on the Edenderry wiki page , just wondering why exactly the link provided is not alright, as it provides relevant information. Would I be better off writing from that source and referencing it? Thanks for your help! Xcalliber21 (talk) 22:41, 10 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Reverted edits on Oregon

Hi @Ternera, could you please explain what was the problem in adding each century on top of each paragraph? as that only specifies when a certain event took place to make it more clear for the reader to understand. 94.204.98.207 (talk) 19:16, 23 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
