Suggestion for userfication

afd: contacting the administrator who closed the discussion

The current text for the afd parameter says "[...]you may contact the administrator who closed the discussion[...]", but this seems to contrast with the argument made in [1], that "the closing admin simply doesn't have the authority to unilaterally reverse himself".
