Documentation error and Lint error

Davykamanzi: Documentation error: it says:

statcon ... yes ... use this if in your statistics matches decided ...

But in reality, statcon=yes and statcon=no behave the same. Either the documentation or the template should be changed.

Whenever the u= parameter is omitted, this template has a lint error of a missing </small> tag, as can be seen, for example, on these pages:
