Unfortunately, although this is a very nicely drawn graphic, the mechanism shown is incorrect. Imatinib does not work by blocking the protein from binding to BCR-ABL; it works by blocking the site at which ATP would normally bind. The protein (tyrosine) substrate is still able to bind, but it is not phosphorylated because this requires binding of ATP.

There are many illustrations on the internet showing clearly the actual mode of action of imatinib. I must recommend that, if the graphic is not corrected, it should be removed. This is a non-trivial error.
