A rotor machine, but an Enigma?

It's not clear that this photo is an Enigma machine, but it is a rotor machine. It appears to lack a reflector. Not clear if it uses the same rotor set as Enigmas. 143.232.210.46 (talk) 21:40, 8 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
