Copyright statement on the image is very doubtful

Wikimedia may use logos under very strict "fair dealing" terms. You cannot claim that it is your own work if you copied an existing work, even if you redrew it. Please take a look at File:VirginTrainsLogo.svg for an example of how to document a logo image so that it may be used throughout Wikimedia.

If by some extraordinary chance you are actually the person who designed the logo for the Company, then you will know that it is the client that normally owns the copyright that they commissioned, not the designer.
