Mention which part is the cataract

Mention which part is the cataract. Wild guesses:

1. Just the white, not the surrounding black. The black is standard healthy eye area.
2. Also the black, as the white is just a reflection of the camera's lightbulb, (which is made by "Y company", and one can see their trademark reflected.) The black is in fact milky, which is the cataract.
3. Even more area, outside the black too.
