Description
English: US Race by Hispanic origin age demographics from 2000 to 2020
Note:
  • Hispanic is not a racial category, and someone who ticks themselves of Hispanic origin can be of any race. Furthermore, White, Black, Asian etc. are the Non-Hispanic figures for said groups.
  • From the 1990 to 2000 census the addition of the 'Two or more races' category was included, which can slightly distort the figures of actual decline + increase of White, Hispanic etc. due to people re-identifying into that category between the two censuses.
  • This point of re-identification can also be made of the 2010 and 2020 census additionally.
  • 1990s Asian category includes Pacific Islanders within it.
