Description
English: f1: Purification of Sindbis virus by centrifugation through a continuous potassium tartrate gradient, followed by characterization of the sample using transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and characterization of the crystals using UV fluorescence microscopy is illustrated. The TEM image of purified Sindbis virions is at 53 000× magnification.
