I opened the crystal structure in PyMol, changed some colors, highlighted the active cysteine, and rendered versions with the cysteine in it's thiol and disulfide forms. Figure originally presented by Julian Stanley and Javier Apfeld at the 2019 International C. elegans Meeting (June 2019 at the University of California, Los Angeles).
